2025 is here! And what a better way to start off the new year than setting up some goals to prioritize your health and wellness. Here at Mountain Peak Nutritionals we want to encourage healthy habits for both ourselves and our customers. We have created a list of ideas of 2025 resolutions that will help you along your health journey. 

1. Add more fruits and vegetables into your diet. Fruits and vegetables contain a lot of natural vitamins and minerals that are good for your body. 

2. Drink more water, 8-10 glasses a day. There are a number of benefits of drinking water including flushing out toxins as well as digestion support. 

3. Aim to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Getting a good amount of sleep each night allows your body to revitalize and repair itself. 

4. Be more active. This is a common new years goal that can sometimes be challenging to keep up with, but even simple things such as going for a walk or doing yoga in your home helps to get your body moving.

5. Practice stress management activities. It's important not to forget about keeping your brain healthy. Some stress management activities you can practice this year are taking time to yourself and connecting with friends and family.

6. Be consistent with your supplements. When taking supplements its important to be consistent when taking them as it ensures your body has a steady flow of nutrients. 

7. Prioritize your health and well-being. This year remember to take care of yourself, even small towards making healthy choices is a great start!
